Metallurgical sintering waste heat recovery energy saving system

During metallurgical sintering and ore charge cooling, large amount of waste heat is generated. By means of high efficiency waste heat recovery and steam generation energy saving system, waste heat can be made full and reasonable use of, and 0.3~2.5MPa of steam can be generated for production, synchronization, or power generation. For example, waste heat recovery system of 400m2 sintering ring cooler can recovery heat equivalent to more than 42,000 tons of standard coal each year.

The environment friendly steam generation energy saving system can adopt direct discharge type arranged above, direct discharge type arranged below, and waste heat cycling type arranged below.
